Hey All,

This is my year as J.W. and I was just wondering if anyone that has been through the chair could offer some advice. It looks like quite a work load. I've got the lecture by heart, thats no problem, but planning and organizing festive boards is something else!

The lodge must have an Initiatic Focus, which means that the brethren must always remember that striving to improve themselves in Masonry and assisting candidates and fellow brethren in doing the same is chief among their duties.

The best you can do is try to

The best you can do is try to plan well in advance, hopefully your lodge is good at organizing their schedule early in the season.

Thanks Tyler, One of our PM's

Thanks Tyler,

One of our PM's was nice enough to write me up a JW manual! Says basically the same thing, but with more detail.
